WHAT are Fillers?

Fillers are a type of minimally invasive aesthetic medicine used to add volume, alter the contours of the face, and fill in wrinkles. Common areas to inject fillers are in the face, neck, and hands, resulting in a fuller, smoother and more youthful appearance. Dermal fillers are among the most popular aesthetic procedures because they carry immediate results, very few risks and little recovery time.

WHY Fillers?

  • If you have deep lines or facial wrinkles around the eyes, brow or mouth

  • If you would like to change the contours of your jaw or lips and enhance their volume

  • Fillers provide a subtle look that can be adjusted to meet your aesthetic needs.

  • If you have scars and depressions in the skin resulting from acne, injury or congenital imperfections.

  • Adding volume to areas like the cheekbones can create a more defined contour.

  • Plump Lips

  • Restore Facial Volume (Liquid Face Lift)

  • Fill moderate to severe facial folds and wrinkles

  • Correct facial asymmetry (Non-Surgical Nose Job, Chin Augmentation)

PROCESS at Studio Aesthtique:

  • The area to be worked upon is sanitized and a numbing cream is applied to minimize discomfort.

  • We use advanced HA fillers with an in-built anesthetic agent, which reduces the pain.

  • There may be slight bruising at the site of injection which will subside within a day.

  • You’ll see the results immediately after the treatment.

BENEFITS

  • An antidote can be injected into the skin, which results in the product dissolving within 24 hours. This gives you the option of reversing the treatment if you aren’t happy with what you see.

  • The effects are long-lasting but not permanent. Fillers can last anywhere between 6 – 24 months.

  • Quick downtime with immediate results

  • Can be used along with botox. Usually, both are interlinked and combined to enhance the look. While Botox works to relax the muscles, fillers help to increase volume and hydrate the skin.
